Friend­ship Vil­lage Intro­duces Ren­o­va­tion Project

The ren­o­va­tion of Dog­wood, a wing in Friend­ship Village’s Bridge­gate neigh­bor­hood, has been an ​“inten­sive project, designed to pro­vide a mod­ern, up-to-date appear­ance, offer­ing ameni­ties and fea­tures that prospec­tive res­i­dents are accus­tomed to hav­ing in their homes. We’re using con­tem­po­rary paint col­ors, car­pet­ing, exte­ri­or doors, and light­ing. We’re fea­tur­ing an updat­ed fresh appearance.”

New apart­ment styles are being intro­duced as a part of the ren­o­va­tion. ​“We’re launch­ing new floor­plans by com­bin­ing apart­ments, result­ing in larg­er, airy, and upgrad­ed spaces,” said Kather­ine.
